A request for 7 cars made in writing, with multiple conversations including one with the dispatcher for that night SHOULD get you what you want, right? Well not here at Jerusalem.
I am not only disappointed at the price but the promise that my daughter and 27 friends would be treated to a special ride that in any cab would have cost 12-13 with tip. 28/car later (says I'm getting a deal) the 3 cars that did actually arrive on time wound up on the east side instead of the west side. 7th car never came and my husband & daughter (who was to be the recipient of this special ride) flagged a cab in the rain to get there a half hour late.
Excuses, excuses (how come they got my credit card right if they got the location wrong when the fax clearly had WEST??)
Pros: they tried and failed
