You could almost miss the place walking by. The decore is what jumps out at you first, everything from the toasters with flowers growing from them, to the life-size Jesus complete with cross and halo looming over the tables. It screams Portland.
The service is bad, but I wouldn't change it. I always find it a delight to talk with friends over the bad service here, it's expected, that's what makes it even better. The hours are incredible, I can actually find a place to get coffee after midnight. The food is your average American dine, burgers and cheese fries a cheap and must have. The price is what always keeps me coming.
Overall this is a neat place to come and chill with friends, there is no rush, and is a great place to people watch. If you are looking for Portland, you found it at the Roxy.
