I was at avalon for three years and had enjoyed it till the new mananger came there about a year ago and started running the place like a prison camp. if you need something in your home fixed they will not do it because she cut the budget and they have no money to do it( and this is with you paying 1300 a month or more). parking there is a nightmare for 35 units in my court there are 10 spots, if you dont get a spot they tell you to park your car a block away from your house. the units a poorly constructed and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. if you like paying way too much and getting treated like crap then this is the place for you, they do have a lot of open units since people are leaving due to the mananger
