The food is decent. The service is fair at best. My dinner companion and I ordered soup to start with, each a different kind. We were asked how spicy we wanted it on a scale of 1 to 5. I expected 3 to be about average, with a little bite. My companion ordered his a 2. Neither was edible because they were extremely hot! We told our waiter, when we finally got his attention to request more water. He appeared extremely unconcerned and did not offer any suggestions. We received the same reaction when another of the staff (waiter?) later asked if we did not like the soup. None of the food is anything to write home about, spice and peppers or not.
