I have been roaming the streets of Portland for 3 years now with subpar haircuts then finally a friend told me about Bethann.
I have never in my life been as comfortable in a strangers hands as I was with Bethann. You will love the salon its comfortable- clean and on my last visit I saw the rooftop garden which is lovely.Bethann gave me the best haircut Ive ever had ever. So thanks alot to her and I cant wait to go back!
