What a horrible experience! My dress arrived 1.5 months late 1 week before my portrait. The dress came in WRONG!! With no time to send it back, they ordered the parts from the designer. They altered the dress but it was still wrong. My veil never arrived before my portrait. They gave me a damaged veil to use. Bottom line: portrait with the wrong dress and no veil. The dress was hemmed too long the 1st time so they charged for 2 hems even though it was their fault. I received no apology or compensation for THEIR mistakes. The blame was always placed elsewhere. BEWARE they will be nice until they get your deposit!! They deserve no one's business and in fact I hope they go out of business for the headache they have caused me and others. I visited Alexia's Bridal and wish I had purchased my dress there.
