The service was bad: slow, inattentive. Sometimes it just takes too long. A 10-min. dish takes close to an hour and even then the order gets messed up.
The food was bad: putting less of good stuff, more of cheap stuff to make a dish look full. Sometimes they don't even have the water available. A lot of times they run to buy groceries as the order is placed, causing unusually long delays.
The orders were messed up: they are biting more than they can chew and that leads to them messing up orders or taste preferences (making things hot when asked to make mild)
The tables are not spaced well to allow comfortable, peaceful dining experience
Noisy: the blender to make the shakes runs right in the front area where customers sit
Professionalism: politeness can make up for some language barrier, but even that is missing.
