They took roughly 1.5 months to assess the problem with no calls or coorespondance.
took another 1.5 months to figure out that they did not have the correct parts in stock then jacked up the cost from $160 to $300.
I am an Electrical Engineer by trade, I know that the issue was only a blown capacitor in my DVD player. I did not have the correct equipment to replace it. If done properly this could have been done for less that $30. These guys look to replace the biggest part possible and hit you with lots of labor.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!! If you go there you are wasting your money and time.
