Mouth watering kebabs! Portions are so large the rice literally comes on a separate dish. The lamb was tender, marinated in a house family recipe and cooked over open flame. Chicken was not dry but incredibly moist and flavorful. The hummus is made fresh sprinkled with tahini and comes served with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. One section of the menu features cornish game hens prepared any way you can imagine, all delicious.
Kolbeh is a real Seattle eating gem. A must visit for those who love Mediterranean cuisine.
