I have shopped at Bloom Brothers before and have find the pricing and furniture to be good. However, the second time around was terrible. I ordered this really nice bedroom set on July 7,2006. Reluctant about waiting so long for the promised delivery date (mid-August), I decided to go for it. However, mid-August (15th to be exact) I called the store to check on the delivery status. Much to my disappointment, that delivery date was now mid-September. No one attempted to call me to inform me of this. Bloom Brother's means of compensating me for the inconvenience is waiving the $65 delivery charge. We still don't when that will be. Bloom Brothers is a nice store, but their 'promise to deliver' is poor.
