You know you're it's real when you see them wheel out a tub of lard for the deep fryers! I am also a big fan of Spud F&C, but Totem has got them beat. Across the street from the Ballard locks, this place has been around for a long time and for good reason. The fillet's are Cod (not Pollock), crispy and incredibly flavorful (thanks to the lard). The fries are hot and crispy and the tartar is unparalleled. A must eat if you're anywhere near the neighborhood. Has Ivar's beat cold.
