Volterra transported us right back to Tuscany. The dining room is so warm it feels like your in someones home. Our server was fantastic and explained the background of the dishes in addtion to the ingredients. I can't believe they have Trampetti olive oil on the tables. I only use it at home for special occassions because it costs a fortune. I'm in love with the Wild Boar. Perfectly prepared and the sauce- oh the sauce. The venison ragu and chestut fettucine that my wife had was perfect for a rainy seattle night. I hope they open another location in West Seattle!
