The dim sum is awesome, both in terms of variety (go with a big party so you can try as many different dishes as you can) and taste (authentic, delicious, and fresh). Compared to the other dim sum places in Portland, this one definitely has the best ambience (clean, spacious, relaxing but not sloppy, classy but not pretentious), and the best service (every single server is ultra courteous and attentive - both times I ate there anyway). I actually felt guilty for giving only 20% tip because the service was sooo good, and the food was sooo inexpensive (last time I went with two friends and spent only 30 bucks and all of us were stuffed). There are plenty of places in town, dim sum place or not, where the wait staff are snooty or downright rude, while the food might cost twice more.
Pros: food, service, parking
Cons: long lines on weekend, so... go early
