My family and I dined at Jopa during the summer, and were very disapointed. After waiting for about a half an hour, we got seated outside when the staff refused to turn the heating lamp on. We sat cold for twenty minutes waiting for service. The food, which was served either over cooked or cold, was less than delicious. Though the prices are reasonable, and there is a family friendly atmosphere, I believe that there are better family Italian restaurants around the Portland area.
