A New Mexican spin on ""typical"" dishes. There are a wide variety of vegetarian options as well. Chips and salsa are also unique in that there are 4 sauces...however they're not free!
Beer and mixed drink selection is okay, but nothing special.
Prices are average, but be aware that there's a hefty auto-gratuity for 4 or more people. While normally not a big deal, the service is VERY hit or miss. They've had a revolving door of waiters and waitresses that have varied from friendly and fast, to barely speaking english and unable to add.
If you're not in a rush or if you're served by the owner, this restaurant is terrific and highly recommended. It's only too bad that the service is so bad that it keeps the restaurant from being as appealing as Mezcal or Croc's, in spite of better food.
