I chose this dentist because it would be covered under my dental insurance plan. When my husband visited for the first time he mentioned that about 20 yrs ago he had a 'deep cleaning' which was mistakenly interpreted by Perfect Teeth as 'periodontal maintenance'. They scheduled him for another cleaning appointment within the 6-mo window that the insurance company uses to limit the number of routine cleanings covered per year. Perfect Teeth says "Tough luck, you signed the paper saying you'd pay for anything not covered." We paid $25 co-pay and another $55 for a cleaning that was mis-scheduled. He never needed this special designation for periodontal maintenance. They are unprofessional, cough in your face, leave you waiting, sing while they have their fingers in your month... get the idea? Save yourself the discomfort - Don't go to this place!
