Never wrote one of these, but after my experience, I felt the need to sign up and write.
I travel excessively for business. In unfamiliar cities, I depend on the Editorial reviews in citysearch for good places to eat. Generally when it is ""highly recommended"" by the editor, in whatever city, it is very good.
Either Sabatino's went down hill since the review, or the editor is related to the family.
I came looking for an authentic Italian meal. My first clue should have been the sign outside that says ""American and Italian food."" My second clue should have been the fact baked potato was an optional side item.
Onto the food... The calamari was definately prepackaged, as was most of the sea food in my entree (rubbery). The salad tasted like the smell of dishwater. The antipaste platter had nice meats on it, but unfresh and stale. HUGE disappointment.
Pros: reasonable price
Cons: Food, food, food
