Just wanted to make sure everyone who is reading these reviews realize that most of these were written 2 years ago or longer. Take it from someone who knows, there have been a lot of changes in this place in the past couple of years...those of you who had such bad experiences should really give it another shot. Hotel rooms have been renovated, service levels are excellent, SPA and indoor pool have been added to increase ""resort"" feeling, and overall Value has certainly increased. Food in ALL Restaurants is wonderful. Definitely high priced, but worth every penny.
