Wow! It's been a quite while since I've seen this level of innovation combined with amazing flavors at a new restaurant. We started with three tapas of yucca rellena, wantan de mariscos, and palta rellena de cangrejo y langostinos- all three were terrific. For our entres we tried the Lomo Saltado (bursting with South American flavor) and the special of the evening which was three roasted pork medalions served on sweet potato stuffed raviolis topped with procuitto (just amazing - I licked my plate). Both sommeliers were very velpful. In fact we told them what wine region we were interested in, what price point we wanted and turned the selection over to them. They brought out a perfect bottle for our meal. Excellent experience, can't wait to go back!
