The services that they offer do not include the problem that I had, but they were so nice and helpful in their customer service. I had a printer problem. When I called up, the guy I spoke to said that they do not fix printers anymore. However, he went out of his way to talk to me about my printer problem. Then, he said he would do some Internet searching and would call me back if he found some info. In about 20 minutes, I received a call with some websites I could go to with information about my particular problem. He probably spent 1/2 hour on my issue-- all for free and he was so friendly. Best Buy and MicroCenter blew me off when I called. I would definitely call these guys if I end up having a computer problem.
