I definitely dont know where these people went, but everytime I go to the Melting Pot, I have awesome service and great food. It is pricey but for the ambiance and the food, its totally worth it. I've been there at least 5 or 6 times and have never had a bad experience. And for those who complain about ""having to cook your own food"", thats the idea. Thats the exact reason for the restaurant. Thats what makes it such a great place. Wonderful first date spot! I tell everyone to go there!
