The service is unsurpassed, the food is otherworldly, and well french wine needs to adjective. I have dined several times at Bouchon for breakfast and dinner and now go to Vegas with the sole purpose of dining here. It's french but not so french that everything is unfamiliar. Hands down the best croissants in Vegas- no small feat. The fish is as fresh as you will find anywhere and the preparation is flawless.
