I made a reservation and requested a booth as it was my husband's birthday and this is his preferred type of seating. When we arrived we were informed by the hostess that a booth was not available. We were then seated at a table for four that was awkwardly situated in the far corner of the restaurant. As this was a special occasion, we moved on and ordered dinner.
My husband ordered the lamp shank and it was dry. I ordered the chicken which was also dry and difficult to cut into. The ""crispy"" potatoes were fried after I was specifically told they were not fried.
The dessert was good but the overall experience was not. This was our first visit to Bon Caldo and our last. We would not recommend this restaurant.
Pros: Dessert
Cons: Food, Reservation policy, Attitude
