Being accustomed to good service for a memorable dining experience, I expected too much from this restaurant by the way a problem with our drinks was handled. During the course of our meal when ordering a second round of drinks, we noticed two of our drinks (which were half full by the way) were chipped around the top edge of the glass. We pointed this out to the most appropiate person ""the general manager"" who after inspecting the glasses told us in his own words ""that the condition of the glasses was unacceptable"" and took the drinks way. To my disbelief, nothing was done to correct the problem after that, no real pology and no replacement of our drinks was provided. After that night,we left very dissapointed and with the intention to let all of our friends know about the incident and never to choose this place.
