I can't believe this place is so highly ranked. First of all, its not upscale...its a bar. A small bar at that. The waitress served me a glass of flat champagne knowing it was flat! She admitted it to me when I asked her for a new glass. In all my experiences when you order a glass of champagne and it is the last glass poured from a bottle and its flat... you toss that glass and pop a new bottle open.
The food was ok. Nothing to write home about
Honestly, this is not the nice upscale lounge its trying to be.
