I enjoy Cosimo's whenever my family goes. Gourmet pizzas and delicious chicken. I love the appetizers and the foccacia! It does get very busy, so for Friday night at 7:00pm be prepared to wait. It can also be very, very LOUD in here! It's a great place for lunch though. Waitstaff seems to have a bit of a turnover, but they are usually all very good. I love their Caesar salad and calamari! Why don't they do brunch like their Newburgh location? I think it would be a winner in this area!
