I have been a competitive swimmer for ten years. Over time, stress has built up in my shoulders and knees from repeated strokes. I first came to see Dr. Rex Stevens with rotator cuff tendonitis, and, with his help, treatment, and physical therapy, my shoulder gradually got better. A few months after my tendonitis, I aquired knee pains so excruciating that they prohibited me from competing. Again, his treatments helped me and my knee got better in time for a major qualifying swim meet. Even though I no longer have shoulder or knee problems, I continue to see him. I am happy to say that Dr. Rex Stevens is my chiropractor. I have since competed in many more meets, am very grateful to the help he has given me, and would recomend Dr. Stevens to anyone in a heartbeat.
