I had a similar issue with this company. They did not even showed up. I even called day before the appointment date to confirm the time. They told me that they are going to come two hours late.Even after that they still did not come all and no phone call to let me know. When I called them to find out why. They told me that my appointment has been canceled with no apperent reason. When I asked to find out an answer they lady told me she does not no why they hang up the phone.
