Billy had cuy my hair for several years when I lived in San Francisco, and I was never SO HAPPY!!! I have been out of the state several years now, and NO ONE can duplicate him. Every time I am even remotely near the bay area, a visit to Billy is 1st on my list. Anyone who would love a great cut, he is the man to see! I envy all of you who live close enough to see him on a regular basis!
