I disagree with the previous review. The pilates instructors run a tight ship/ class. Whenever I have not been going to class for a while, I use the ""intro to pilates"" classes to ease back into a schedule. My husband (who used to laugh about pilates & prides himself on being 100% in shape) was thrown for a loop when he went to his first class and had trouble keeping up. He loves coming with me now and also credits the classes with helping reduce lower back pain.
Pros: Great instructors, frequent mat classes.
Cons: Mats not cleaned between uses.
