I had heard about Pies and Pints from friends and went in on a rainy saturday night. What a treat. The crust on the pies is buttery and flakey. The pies seem smallish to the eye, but they really fill you up. \r

The atmosphere is very 'neighborhoody'. It was a great place to get comfort food. \r
The only complaint is that though from the outside it seems like a pub, it is a restaurant so you can expect to see families with kids. While we were there there was a family with a screaming child. I hope that is an exception rather than the norm. \r

Cons: Not a pub, families with potentially noisy offspring
