My date and I showed up on time last evening for an 8:30pm dinner reservation. We were told it would be 10-15 minutes. 30 minutes later we had to track down the hostess to ask if our table was ready. We were told that she had no idea when it would be ready and that there was another couple still waiting ahead of us. No apology for our wait. We walked out. On a Tuesday night? I was hoping the new facelift would have changed this place...guess not.
