THE most horrible customer service i have ever experienced. i have heard a buzz around town from others that have been treated this way. service reps were not at all responsive to our needs and treated us with extremely caddy attitudes. consider yourself warned.
Cons: awful customer service - would highly suggest shopping online for merch. from other vendors than from here
