I am a very frequent shopper in Spokane and I LOVE shopping in the downtown area so I was incredibly disappointed with my experience at Jigsaw over a year ago. I was treated so rudely by the owner that after leaving the store I swore to myself I would tell as many people as possible about the experience as that is really a consumers only defense against this kind of treatment, well... that and never spending a dime in the establishment, which I have done both. When I started telling my friends of the experience I had, I was surprised at how many had very similar stories and had already taken this store off of their radar. I don't feel that the clothes are worth the prices they're asking either. I was underwhelmed by the fashions which seemed, in many cases, geared toward a much older demographic and made from cheap materials. If you're downtown and you want to experience fun, fashion forward shopping with outstanding service, try: Tangerine, Lolo Boutique or Serendipity. I frequent all of this places and have always been treated amazingly well! Customer service is still a very important part of the shopping experience for consumers who make an effort to shop local and who are willing to sacrifice a little savings for unique merchandise and a personalized shopping experience. If I want to be treated rudely I can always shop at a discount chain... at least when I leave I would have the satisfaction of knowing I got a deal, but to be treated rudely and pay exorbitant prices for sub par merchandise - forget it! There are still people working too hard in this town to take care of customers and we should be rewarding them with our excess shopping dollars while we still have them.
Pros: Downtown location
Cons: Rude service,overpriced merchandise,underwhelming inventory
