In a few lunches and half a dozen dinners, every dish I've tasted was at minimum very good, more often than not excellent. Lamb shank reliable in many incarnations, as are pastas. Flavor combinations are generally vibrant and richly composed, yet well balanced. Salads are dressed expertly, neither dry nor drenched in goo. Friendly and efficient service all around, but an even jollier time can be had dining at the bar, especially if you're a single diner--you won't lack for conversation. Cocktails are expertly mixed.
Pros: Lighting and sound level quite pleasant
Cons: I only get there when visiting from New York
