although it's tucked deep in the heights, it's truly a quaint houston gem! a romantic twist to a unique dining experience. the house decors are lovely, surreal, and antique-ish ... dimly-lit with soft music crooning in the background ... feels like dining in paris ... and the ambience feels personable, allowing for a couple to share a moment or 2. the one-man show of the brilliant chef also plays host and server - adding to the unique dining experience. the only complaint i have is that the whole dining experience is quite time consuming. it takes a good 30 minutes between courses because the chef makes everything from scratch and cooks everything on the spot ... my bf and i stayed from 7pm till almost midnite waiting for our fresh dishes! but if you have the time and want a memorable date ... definitely a must to try!*
Pros: romantic, ambience, unique dining experience
Cons: time consuming!
