It's hard to forget that cosmos was here and in some ways, the ghost of it is still here. The service is certainly much nicer than it was, but there's still some element of snarkiness here. Food however is excellent with the luxury homey menu (seems a trend lately), so I recommend giving it a try. Drinks are ok, although the liquor selection doesn't seem as amazing as you'd like and the wine selection seems just so-so. Ambiance, however, is really beautiful, so I'd recommend comming even just for that.
