I searched for a tapas restaurant down town and found Euzkadi on city search. I am an expert in Basque cusine, and was pleased to find splendid authenticity in every dish offered at Euzkadi. I made a reservation in advance on a Tuesday night, as recommended by City Search. It wash a good thing we did, as there was a live Flamenco band and the place was packed.. We were seated at a great round table in the back of the restaurant, with unrestricted views of the bar and front dinning area. We tried all of the usual suspects that other reviews recommended, such as chirozo, goat cheese with honey, serrano ravioli, and bravas. I was in impressed with each dish...and can still feel the flavors in my mouth.
