New Menu, New Chef, New Experiences 10/29/2006

I used to avoid The Flying Horse because nothing on the menu appealed to me. I would hang out in the upstairs bar from times to time for the live music and atmosphere on the weekends. Now that they have completely revamped their menu I will definitely eat there more often and not just go for the drinks. The service was up to par with other fine dining establishments and my Hanger steak came to me cooked to perfection and tasting amazing with the cabernet reduction sauce and a side of brie and chive mashed potatoes. Definitely a place to go eat if you're around Franklin. There can be a wait at times on Friday and Saturday nights though so a reservation might be needed. Highly recommended.
