Riyadh's is a restaurant that I frequent on a regular basis because it offers the best humus, baba ganooj, and falafels in Portland. Everything is obviously made from scratch as you can really taste the flavors of fava beans and fresh peppers in the falafel. Another one of my favorite things to order is the chicken kebab mezza featuring lemony chicken breast skewers, humus, baba, falafel, and tabouli for roughly $8. It's an incredible deal.
