I bought a pre-owned Lexus ES300 from them in December - it had too many miles to be Certified pre-owned and was bought ""as-is"" with no warranty. 10 days later the alternator died. I thought I was out of luck. I called Lexus of Austin and they immediately sent a tow truck, gave me a luxury rental car, replaced the alternator and battery within 24 hours, washed the car and did not charge me anything. They apologised that I had experienced any problems. On a used car under $10,000 with no warranty! Now I understand why Lexus owners are so loyal - because the dealership is really loyal to their customers. What a great surprise!
