Ibiza is by far my favorite restaurant. Chef Charles Clark is the most talented chef in Houston as well as the most gracious host. For an appetizer, try the peppercorn crusted tuna or the grilled shrimp with crabmeat cornbread. For an entree, my favorite is the venison chop. Best wine list in town, complete with very reasonable prices. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable -- they always give excellent wine recommendations -- they are not on a mission to sell the most expensive bottle.
