I came home from the holidays after being gone for over a week visiting relatives in Houston. I heard a voice mail from Texas Gas saying my payment was late (due originally on the 10th of December).
I logged onto my internet banking and paid the bill the very next day. On Thursday the 5th I come home from work to find my gas was shut off. 6:00pm . Remember NO mailed notice or anything. Just the voice mail.
They procede to tell me they cant turn it back on until Monday. After raising a huge stink they finally gave in agreed to do it on Friday (the next day). They told me someone would have to be home to let the person in. I agreed. We had someone at home all day. It is now 6:30 and nobody has come by.
Dont listen to a word they say.
