I had a very bad experience with Merry Maids based on a dozen cleanings of my house over a year's time. I recently fired them. First, the office staff is rude and doesn't listen to any constructive criticism. They are very expensive. And, their cleaning services are mediocre at best. Sometimes I would come home and wonder if they had even been there! The only plus side to using their service is that they are bonded, so that when they break something (and they will), they will pay to replace it. BUYER BEWARE!
