I've never used the rental service, but they have a facility at this location where previous rental pieces are for sale. I found a great bedroom set and a beautiful dining room table here for less than $800! It's probably hit or miss, but if you're persistant, you could probably find a great deal. Sales men are pretty pushy, so you have to know how to deal with that, but I can't think of any other true drawbacks to shopping here.
