I have a beautiful Shih Tzu with a long coat. The first time I took him to this pet salon I asked her to clean up around his eyes and nose. I wanted him to stay with long hair and to have a top knot. She cut his top knot off and clipped his feet. I wasn't very happy but I figured that if I came back I would specify exactly what I want done. The last time I took him, I told her to clean up his face and his feet. I told her she could take a little off his coat. She told me that she could leave it about an 1"" 1/2 long. She shaved off all his hair on his face, cut off his top knot, and cut his coat, leaving it about 1/2"" long.The lady doesn't listen to what her customers want.
