We were visiting Portland last weekend and had lunch at the Dragonfish. We found the food very fresh, the value for lunch very good, and the service responsive. We ordered the salmon dishes and were not disappointed.
A side comment. When posting reviews, if one believes there are better restaurants of the same cuisine, they should note it in their reviews. It would give the reader other options and and opportunity to compare.
