I've been to Zoe a few times now. The food is generally very good, but the service is variable, and the wine list...well, bring your own bottle and pay the $15 corkage fee. I've studied the wine list pretty extensively and most of the wines are not very special, even at the > $60 range. Some, like the '93 Chianti, are laughably overpriced, and way past their prime (and it wasn't a very good wine even in its prime).
I do like the atmosphere probably more than anything at the restaurant.
The service - well, I once arrived shortly after opening, and although there were no customers in yet, had to wait a while to be seated, wait a while for bread, wait some more to order (by now it's been 20 minutes), and then wait, wait, wait, until I had to literally jog to make the symphony on time.
