We lived in these apts, and I have to say I would never recommend these to anyone. When we lived there we had the water pipes back up into our apartment, (while we were on vacation), and when we got home their was mold growing everywhere. We tried getting management multiple times to do something about it, but nothing ever got done. Finally we contaced the MN health department and only then did things finally get done. Defenitly would not recommend.
