The clinic always had a smell whenever we went there. The front area was not kept very clean and the staff was indifferent to us. It was just like we were just another customer and they were not interested in personal service. The wait to be seen was always long and the staff was not always good with the animal. They insisted that my dog have a muzzle each time he was seen instead of trying to see what the problem was. Each animal is different in personality and temperment and this dog was an extremely excitable dog but they did not want or take the time to see what could be done other than subdue the dog. They were not very helpful in suggestions to make the pet more comfortable

CONS: Dirty, not helpful, did not care to help make the animal comfortable.
